Actual value of trip(s) may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If a winner resides within a 100 mile radius of host city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Each winner and guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including but not limited to, passport, Visas and any medical clearances/vaccinations required to enter destination country. Each Prize Winner must be available to travel on dates specified. Travel arrangements must be made through RotoHog.
Each guest of each Prize Winner must also complete, execute and return a Liability Release and Advertising Consent for Travel Companion ("Travel Companion Liability Release") (unless prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to return the Travel Companion Liability Release in a timely manner may prevent travel companion from participating in the awarded prize. If the guest of any Prize Winner is a minor, such guest must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian, at the parent or legal guardian’s sole expense (unless the parent or legal guardian is the Prize Winner) and such parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and return the Travel Companion Liability Release (unless prohibited by law) on his/her child's behalf. Meals, ground transportation, gratuities and all other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
